Modern Course Reminder
Modern Course Reminder (local_moderncoursereminder) automates learner follow-up in Moodle. Rules detect who has not started, not finished, gone inactive, or missed a deadline, and send the right reminder on the right channel — on cron — then escalate to managers, batch digests, and report on what moved completion.
