Modern Enrolment Notifier
Modern Enrolment Notifier (local_modernenrolnotifier) sends clear, timely notifications when learners are enrolled, before their access expires, and when they complete a course. Rules decide when a message sends, who receives it, which template renders it, and which channel carries it — and everything is queued and delivered by Moodle cron, so enrolment activity stays fast.
